Extreme Reliability

Power supply is the most important part for a LED light since it directly related to the reliability. Naia LED Light series uses one kinds of power supply, from Meanwell, the most famous LED power supply supplier in Asian-pacific region.

All Meanwell power supplies provide IP65 dust and moisture protection and both 1-10V and PWM dimming methods, which is basic infrastructure for nearly all kinds of protocols. They were designed for 50,000 hours guarantee and maximum ambient temperature at 60℃. Since Meanwell cooperates with most of the famous LED lights manufacturers, it grants a great reputation for itself.

Light

Remarkable Energy Saving

The final output of luminaries is light. Although light is everywhere, it is still hard to measure, or even design.

based on the mirror-like MCPCB which features excellent reflectivity (up to 98%) so that the luminous efficacy of components can be increased by 10% to 30% and the energy waste can be reduced effectively. Moreover, the narrowed emitting area (only Φ 35.3mm) is easy for optical design achieving high intensity and high efficacy in the same time. High power COB is used in our led luminaries  in outdoor applications such as street light, tunnel light, and high bay.

Heat

Tremendous Dissipation

For LED lights, there is another very important issue, which is heat dissipation. LED’s luminaires output will decay severely if the junction temperature is higher than 110℃. Normally when luminaires output decays is under 70% of original output, the light is considered failed. 

To achieve a 3-year guarantee product, out target is making 5-year decay less than 20%. That is a quite high standard for heat dissipation. We used several different software to research the whole system and every details of the product, like junction positions of aluminum parts and screw connected parts. Different from other products, we concern more about the balance between heat conduction and the heat convection, which makes the dissipation efficiency maximized to a level at 30% higher than other heat sink design in the market.
